Sundarban Lab provides web development, software development, AI development, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Each project is governed by a project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific details. Work begins only after both parties agree to the project terms.
Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for the project. Third-party libraries and tools remain under their respective licenses.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any non-public information.
We warrant that all deliverables will be free from material defects for 30 days after delivery. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost. Extended support is available through maintenance agreements.
Our total liability for any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed to date and receives all deliverables produced.
We may update these terms from time to time. Existing project agreements are not affected by changes to these general terms.
